Waterfront dock
Pull up a chair, dangle your feet over the edge, and watch the world slow down. Our waterfront dock is the perfect spot to soak in the reservoir views, catch a sunset, or just breathe in that fresh Florida air.
Fishing Pier
Cast a line into the calm waters of Evers Reservoir and see what's biting. Largemouth bass, crappie, and bluegill call these waters home and best of all, access is free for everyone.
Wetlands boardwalk
Stroll through a slice of untouched Old Florida on our scenic wetlands boardwalk. Keep your eyes open great blue herons, ospreys, and all kinds of wildlife are known to make an appearance.

Kayak Launch & Rentals
Hit the water on your own terms. Rent one of our 'Feel Free' kayaks and explore the reservoir and Braden River at your own pace.
Pavilion Rental
Why settle for a banquet hall when you can celebrate with the water as your backdrop? Jiggs Landing's covered outdoor pavilions are available for rent and set the stage for any kind of gathering — birthday parties, family reunions, anniversary celebrations, corporate outings, you name it. With room for up to 50 guests, the fresh air, live music on select days, and that unmistakable Old Florida atmosphere, your event will be anything but ordinary. Boat Ramp
Bring your own boat and hit the water without the hassle. Jiggs Landing offers free public boat ramp access to Evers Reservoir one of the best kept secrets in Bradenton. Since the Braden River is separated from saltwater by a dam, you'll never have to worry about red tide here. Just clean, calm freshwater and miles of reservoir and river to explore.

There's nothing quite like a cold drink with a waterfront view, and at Jiggs Landing we've got that covered. Pull up a seat, crack open something cold, and let the scenery do the rest. We keep it simple with cold beverages, light bites, and good company.
